We had an excellent stay with customer service.

The room was huge and updated, the hotel was clean. All of the stuff was welcoming and accommodating. We needed Hearing Access room with dishwasher and 2 queen beds, for example and it was available.

The stay here was very nice for the holidays. The hotel has perfect and favourable location close enough to grocery stores. Tried some nice meals at Eggroll House Restaurant, located a couple of blocks away from the property.

The setting was awkward.

Clean, wonderful hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff from maid service to front desk staff. Delicious and good breakfast for British tastes for all tastes. Marvellous location a 10-15 minute walk from Cypress Hall.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped 1 bedroom suite, complete with a kitchenette. The hotel's location right next to the interstate and across the street from multiple restaurant options was incredibly convenient. It was also great to have a variety of restaurants and stores nearby, and we appreciated the great value we got for our stay.

Separate room, spacious bathroom. All in all great and best possible location, really close to French Quarter as well as the best mall in the city and several eateries.

Gorgeous hotel with amazingly friendly staff, we felt safe. The location was unbeatable and particularly GOOD for walking around Lakeside Shopping Center. The venue was set right oof the highway, what meant no noise.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. Its location was not very far from the tourist hot spots of New Orleans, making it convenient for me to explore the city after work. The staff at this hotel was attentive and provided excellent service. They were always ready to answer my questions and accommodate any requests I had. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. I stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and a second King room, which was perfect for a love-filled day with my girlfriend. The breakfast provided at this hotel was much better in variety and taste compared to other places I've stayed at. The complimentary wine or beer during the social evening was a nice touch too.

The breakfast was delicious and marvellous with wine and beer and french toast, and the restaurant's offer was outstanding! The setting was unbeatable and good, just next door to restaurants and general shopping as well as New Orleans square. The place was located right oof the highway.

The suite was perfect, had coffee, a kitchen and a seating area. The location was perfect and awesome for exploring this great area, not far from many restaurants to choose from, multiple restaurant options, and the French Quarter, airport, malls. Went to Tgi Fridays for drink or two, set not too far from the hotel.

The personnel was awesome offered me a beautiful room with a kitchenette and appetizers, for example. Location: the hotel was adjacent to New Orleans square, shops and New Orleans proper and the CBD.

New hotel, clean. Good breakfast variety, different each day. Friendly staff, constantly checking on stay. Attentive manager helped out during extreme cold. Great customer service. Clean, modern, well-stocked facility with pool, putting green, gym. Spacious rooms with kitchen, full fridge. Nice area with restaurants, shopping nearby.

Central location by almost everything. Heated pool, neat rooms with the kitchen. A huge variety of options, great food.

Great location and easy highway access. Our room had AMAZING water pressure making taking a shower a real treat. Also, we loved the full breakfast that was served. we had a pleasant stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for travelers.
